03  SJSZ FASTIGIATE TWIN-SCREW PLASTICS EXTRUDER

Application

    This series Extruders with customized screw and Auxiliary Machine can convert kinds of thermoplastic materials especially Hard RPVC powder into pipe, plate sheet, film and special other special shape material. It can also support plastic material¡¯s function of modifying and granulating.

 
 Special Design:

  • The fastigiated screw can extrude the material even in low temperature;

  • The core part of screw was applied with automatic circulation system, which can greatly improve production efficiency and stability;

  • The barrel was applied with resistor heater to assure fast and proportional heat transforming;

  • The inverter was imported from Eurotherm Process Automation Company of U.K.

  • Imported Japan RKC temperature control meter, Temperature Accuracy: ¡À10¡ăC

  • Safely applied with over-circuit protection devices;

  • Reliable air exhausting device can improve the production quality.
