07  YF240 SPECIAL SHAPE MATERIAL PRODUCTION LINE

Application & Features:
    It is applied for making special shape plastic material for door, window, aluminum-plastic compound shape, cable line tube and other decoration materials. 

    It refers to the newest foreign technology and improves the design of the unit .It has advantages, such ad evenly plasticizing, little cutting speed rate, high output, long use-life and so on. The unit is composed of cone double-screw-stem extruder, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutter, laminator, turning-up frame and others. 

    The main machine adopts imported motor; the temperature control meter adopts Japan RKC products. The auxiliary machine vacuum pump and tractor motor adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple and convenient. After the screw cylinder and the mould are exchanged, the unit can produce straight special-shaped materials. The result of the product is better than the one produced with single-screw-stem extruder.
