PP-R Pipe Automatic Production Line

Application & Features:
This production line adopts high efficiency screw extruder researched and made by our company. It has the characteristics of high speed extrusion and high efficiency plasticity.
Sheath type double pole mixed PP-R specialized screw is applied, the cylinder has channels in it.
Being equipped with two new types mold, it has the characters of low temperature and low pressure extrusion, water film type diameter setting cover guarantees the high speed production of pipe material.
The production line has applied PLC program control; it is set with good human-machine interface.
The production line can choose to fix labeled extrusion to produce pipe material with colored label. It can also produce PE pipe material by changing mold.
